I started taking portraits of the people around me at age 15 - back in Brazil, where I grew up. At 20 I decided to change towards the moving image and dedicate myself to film. With this is mind, I moved to Berlin and after Covid launched myself into countless film projects.
Since 2023 I've been working in both light and camera departments, and have had the honour and pleasure to contribute to TV series, feature films, music videos, short films, mini series and commercials.
I've started out as light assistant for students, worked as Gaffer on independent projects a few years after, and have been leaning towards the camera work as 2nd and 1st assistant camera and, most of all, Director of Photography.
Fuelled by my absolute love for the aesthetic, the people and the environment, my goal is to keep bringing stories to life through my work as a cinematographer. I strive to offer my own vision to directors and producers, specialising in feature films and music videos.
